The Town of Upton seeks to fill the part-time Children’s Library Specialist position, responsible for implementing children’s programs by assisting the Children’s Librarian with planning, preparing, and conducting programs and library services for ages 0-18.

Qualifications: High School Diploma; some post-secondary education in child development or early education preferred; one to two years of experience in childcare or early education; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Schedule and Salary: This is an hourly position for up to 14 hours/week. The starting schedule will be Tuesdays 9am-3pm, Thursdays 9am-1pm and Fridays 9am-1pm. Starting Salary: $20.72/hour, DOE
