The Upton Town Library collection size is limited by our space to retain items. We do accept donations of new items that are currently in high demand, or are of particular interest to our community.
All donated items are subject to our collection development policy.
Works by local authors are given priority for retention.
Used items of any kind are not accepted.

Used items
Offers to donate used items are referred to the Friends of the Upton Town Library.
Three weeks prior to scheduled book sale events (usually the first weekends of May and October), the Friends of the Upton Town Library accept donations of undamaged used books, which can be dropped off at the Upton Library. Textbooks, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines are NOT accepted.
Outside of the book sale donation period, the Friends of the Upton Town Library may accept donations if storage space and volunteer availability allows. Please contact the Friends of the Upton Town Library to review the volume, content and condition of any donations.
